BMS Wellbeing: Health & Wellness, is focused on positively influencing, empowering and improving the wellbeing of individuals within the Trafford area and East Manchester area. We do this through several initiatives: Wellbeing workshops: Aim to reduce the impact of health inequalities as well as empowering individuals to make better lifestyle choices leading to a better quality of life. We deliver a range of 8 workshops, around topics such as healthy eating, Sleep, physical exercise and 5 ways to wellbeing.   Peer support groups for Men: Our peer support groups provide a safe, supportive space, in reducing feelings of isolation, stigma and promote the importance of mental health awareness and support between men. Digital literacy groups: Develop the knowledge and understanding of individuals, giving them the digital skills to make the most of the online world. for example online shopping, banking, social media, and email.  Brief intervention training: Focused on giving individuals a basic knowledge, understanding and confidence to engage and encourage others towards healthier life choices.

The Sitters Association helps provide formal recognition as a Professional Sitter, in addition to delivering peace of mind to sitting clients.

Unlike conventional giving models, B1G1 specifically helps businesses achieve more social impact by embedding giving activities into everyday business operations and creating unique giving stories. Every business transaction can help improve lives for as little as just one cent.

Absolutely anyone can become trapped in the games of a narcissist. Escape is often far from easy, however it may appear from the outside. RespectFor.Me helps recognise the games narcissists play, in order to avoid becoming trapped by them. The Definition A narcissist is a person who deliberately manipulates others, often exploiting their victim’s empathic good will, into no-win situations, where all available options lead to painful outcomes (emotionally, physically, financially etc.), with the demands of the narcissist appearing to be the least ‘negative’ option.   RespectFor.Me is working to dis-empower Narcissistic bullying, whether childhood, relationship or workplace.

We aim to provide social inclusion services, primarily for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism but not exclusively. We also have a performing arts centre where adults with learning disabilities and/or autism can learn music, drama, radio show production and many other things.

Aurora wants to revolutionise fundraising, & also believes in leading by example. There are so many worthwhile causes, each deserving attention. Aurora is working with a range of registered charities, in order to help encourage donations to meaningful causes with demonstrable results. We also don't want to profit from donations that are untracked, and so all of these are allocated to the Aurora central 'donation pot'. From here, it is allocated to registered charities & non-profit organisations based on where we feel the best 'value' is gained.
